so my front main crankshaft seak is leaking oil so i decided that b4 i go bout rippin a ton of **** off to replace it i would try some of this lucas oil leak fixer i bought at autozone its supposed to guarantee to atleast slow leaks all u do is substitute it for a quart of oil just wondering if any of u had tried somethin like this b4 or if u think it will work

Its a poor fix. Look at it like a bandaid, but surgery is needed. Its a temp fix, and will get worse. Just do it right the first time, and save money in the longrun.

I wouldn't do it. There's a chance of it clogging something else up. If you do the labor yourself, a new seal would likely cost less than the purported magic in the can anyway.

well i already bought it and i doubt it will clog anything up so im gonna try it anyway if it dont work ill just have to replace the seal i guess
