oil in my radiator over flow bottle?
You can get a head gasket for around $50. I highly recommend changing intake and exhaust manifold gaskets as well which is around $30. But $80 to do it yourself beats like $500+ for a shop to replace it. I would also recommend having your head machined to prevent the same thing happening again. Believe me it's worth it.
FWIW, I just replaced the headgasket on my D15B7. I bought the car with 92K and the headgasket went at 145K resulting in losing a small amount of coolant over a long period of time. My gasket was blown between the water jacket and cylinder on #3. It looked to me as though someone else was into this engine at one time or another with an aftermarket gasket and perhaps an incorrect tightening sequence. I am telling you this as an argument for buying genuine Honda parts, at least a headgasket. It is significant expense to change out a headgasket, especially if you have to do it all over again for a lousy aftermarket flawed gasket that wont last. As an aside, I changed ALL hoses and belts while I had the top of the engine torn down, again with genuine Honda parts. I don't want to do it again anytime soon.
If your oil hasn't been compromised with water contamination, and yours doesn't sound as though it has, your car can be fixed without too much worry. Find a reputable Honda shop or at least mechanic and get good parts. Machine the head to ensure flatness upon reinstallation and make sure that they/you understand torque specs and tightening sequences. They are critical. The torque on this little head was surprisingly light compared to many other engines that I have done, but I am still learning Hondas.
Good luck,
