eBay or a parts car on Craigslist would be your best bet.

Oil Pan

Is there any after market pan's that would fit????

cvcrcr99 Jan 23, 2012 12:04 PM

Do you mean "performance" pans, or something OEM styled, but not made by Honda?

OEM style but not made by Honda. I have seen some but they have D16Y7. I think this one is D16Y8. So now the ? is what is the differents between D16Y7 and D16Y8

Thanks

Shouldn't be a difference. The only difference from the factory between those two was that the y7 pan was steel, and the y8 pan was aluminum I believe.

eBay, or almost any generic OEM aftermarket parts supplier.

out of curiosity what is wrong with the pan?

I will guess he did what my brother did, hit something at the perfect angle (somehow) and smashed the pan up. He has been riding with a severely dented pan for like 2.5 years haha.

Not really. Been leaking for about 2 months. Replaced the drain plug cause it was leaking there. Still leaked so I put one of those tape type plugs in still leaks. Both times I put in new crush washers. Also noticed all the hair line cracks on the aluminum pan. Don't think it's leaking from the cracks. All the oil is around the drain plug.
