overheating after o2 sensor change

my 02 civic ex had code for bank1 sensor 2 high voltage. i found some sensors on rock auto cheap so i replaced both. now my car is over heating for the first time ever. Are the problems related?

Not likely related. If it was a problem with the new sensors, you'd notice it in your fuel consumption or lack of engine power.

if they're mis-indicating and are the car is running lean as a result... you better fix that before it kills something.
