Oxygen sensor for 98 HX
 

Has anyone used a Standard Motor Products O2 sensor? I need to replace mine but cant see spending $400ish on a Honda one. Ive found a Standard,Bosch and NGK for under $200 on Ebay any suggestions?

In my opinion, the oem 5 wire is the only way to go for the hx. I am sure the others will be fine, but they may not last as long I would imagine.

Try to post up a WTB thread in www.hondamarketplace.com and see if anyone has a used one for sale that could get you by for cheap. I found a used oem 5 wire o2 sensor for my 92 vx hatch last year for $180, hardly used according to the seller. Had no problems with it.
