P0108 Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

Im guessing this has to do with my intake sensor . . idk how to fix it. The little maintenance light in my car is not the same color and is throwing a P0108 code. How is this fixable

change the map sensor or clean it

You going to need a scan tool that can read sensor data for this one. Disconnect the MAP sensor and and check the map sensor voltage on the scan tool. If the voltage is still high, then there is a short somewhere. If the voltage goes low, then the wiring is OK and there is an issue with the sensor. Alternate method if you don't have a scan tool is to check the voltage at the ECU harness for the MAP signal wire. Check it with the MAP connected then check it with the MAP disconnected. The voltage with the MAP disconnected should be 0, if its not then there is a short somewhere.
