my 95 dx is doin the same thing, but before i can test the ICM, i have to be able to find it lol, any chance you would know on my year?

It's inside the distributor. You have to take off the rotor and remove the plastic insulator plate to reach it. You should start a new thread. This old thread is already messed up with two people having different problems.
