Default PLEASE HELP! big electrical problem

So here's what happened. While I was taking my old stereo out, I came across these two wires dangling just above my pedals. To check where they are connected to, I moved them andsomethingsparked. I don't know where they areconnectedto but when I pulled on them a little bit to check again, they just came off. I traced the other end of both wires andthey wereconnected to the fuse box. The BLUE one is connected to the INTER LOCK UNITfuse(i dont know what that is) and theRED one is connected to the RUNNING LIGHT RELAY fuse (see pic). My headlights and tailights don't workanymore. I checked thefuses where they're attached to and they're notbusted. Myturn signal and brake light still works.

Please help me! Iwon't be able todrive home from work coz I get off at night.

You didn't unhook your battery did you? Is that why it sparked?

Could be one of the main fuses in the other fuse box (next to the battery).
