Please help!!!!!!!! Overheating

I have a 1999 civic ex automatic and it is still overheating!!! I had it for 7 months and it has been a great car since about a month ago when the overheating began. I replaced the radiator, radiator cap, new coolant, thermostat, had the head gasket changed, and it is still overheating! there is no leaks at all and all the hoses are fine. I even did a radiator flush and bled the air bubbles out. If i drive with the heater on it is fine but when i turn it off it slowly begans to rise. i now drive without a thermostat so i can actually get to college and back but driving with the heater on in 100 degrees suck! Ive had a tune up and even replaced the water pump which wasnt even bad. somebody please help me please! ive spent a lot of money trying to fix the car.any questions just ask< i really need to fix it! thank you and god bless
