Power bogs down at start of drive

Hi Guys, i'm new here n really need some help. I hv a 93 VTI eng npower always bogs down at the start of the drive. The moment I turn out of my driveway the rpm comes down to almost 1.5 even though my feet is still on accelerator. 2 seconds later it goes back up. Rest of the journey's fine. My mechanic's cleaned my throttle body with carbi spray n it worked but only for 1 day. Did it again n lasted only one day again. Sometimes it happens when i'm turning too. There's a near similar case in the solved section that says its the O2 sensor but it was a 99 civic. Could it be the same problem guys ?

Is the CEL ON?

could it be that the throttle position sensor has a dead spot?

does it idle rough too? does it only do it after backing out of your driveway or does it do it at after every complete stop?

CEL's not ON . Idling's not rough too. Does not happen everytime I stop.

Consider cleaning out the air bypass channels of the EACV and fast idle valve on the throttle body, and replacing the fuel filter, if this has not been done recently.

What's EACV ? We've sprayed carbi cleaner into throttle body, is that the one ?

Electronic Air Control Valve (EACV) is similar to the IACV of later Civic models.

The EACV and fast idle valve are attached to the throttle body but must be removed and cleaned separately.
