so i Got A 2001 Honda Civic Ex. My Power Steering Pump Might Be Going Out And I Need Help Troubleshooting IT. When I Turn My Car On The Belt SQueeks Really Loud And My Dad Said When I Try Turning THe Wheel The Pully Jams Up And Stops. I CHeck The Fluids ANd There Good.

What you describe is also exactly what will happen just because the belt is loose. So check that the belt is tight first.
