Power window not working 2004 Civic LX
 

Hi all-
Neither the driver's master switch nor the door switch on the left (driver's) rear door will operate the window. I find that if I put the door switch in the up position then the dome light will dim slightly. It does not do it in the down position nor does it happen when I operate the master switch in either direction. I replaced the fuse so that is not it. What is likely to be my problem?
