Default Problem with flashers

My 1987 Honda S/W's flashers aren't working. The turn signals and 4-ways all work but they don't flash. Is there a flasher that can be replaced under the dash like domestic cars or is this a more serious problem? Thanks in advance.

There is a flasher unit but Honda calls it a relay. Yes it could get stuck on. I think it plugs into the fuse block under the dash. You will need a Honda specific replacement, it's not a generic round one as is used on domestic cars.

Is this like the melting unit that Honda calls a fuse?!
