Hey all! Good to be here among Civic folks

I have a 2001 Civic EX...my problem is basically that when I leave my lights on, and open the door to get out, the sound that used to warn me I left my lights on no longer makes a noise. Same thing happens when I leave keys in ignition...it does not make a peep.

I have reviewed all the internal and under the hood fuses, they all seem ok...and none of them even seem related to this issue.

Any ideas out there? Might this be a larger electrical problem or possibly a wiring issue in the umbilical hose that runs between the door and the dash?
