Question, odd noise when braking

Just a bit of background. I hit a curb about a month ago and ended up damaging my front and rear passenger rims. The mechanic I went to replaced them and did a realignment as well as replaced rear brakes.
I know my tires need to be replaced in the upcoming months as they are getting low on tread.
I had front brakes replaced about 6 months ago.

I am getting an odd noise when I brake to a complete stop. It's not the typical squeaking or grinding noise brakes make when they are wearing. At least not the ones I'm used to hearing. I recorded two instances of the noise to better describe what I'm referring to. It seems to be coming from the front passenger side.

Any idea on what could be causing the noise?

What year and submodel? i.e. '98 LX, '06 DX, etc.

What kind of brakes on front and rear (i.e. pads, shoes, drums)
