questions on oil pressure and vacuum

soo on my honda, it has gauges on the A pillar. i am curious about them. i have an oil pressure gauge, which i know is usefull, and a vacuum gauge, which i dont know the point of it. i assume its because the previous owner wanted the illusion of a turbo, because it looks as if it acts like a boost gauge. so what is the point of it, and as to my oil pressure gauges what psi should i be running at idle and accelleration ect? if the vacuum is useless like i assume what should i swap it out with that would help me?
