I am not going to say that the STS systems are not good but there is no point to them on honda's. Get a good turbo, one that is not to big which is a very common mistake. Get a intercooler that will work for your power level, get good mandrel bent piping(2.5 inch on the intake side and 2.5 to 3 inch on the exhaust side).

GET GOOD MANAGEMENT

thanks for the advice.
what size turbo on my b18c1 would you suggest using if say, i wanted a daily driver that will pull on a talon tsi?
also my transmission code is S80-3128085 and i was wondering if this trans would be able to handle 300 horse without dispair

I myself would suggest a GT28 54R or 60R or maybe even a GT28 60RS.

The S80 is a standard JDM GSR trans, it has no LSD but this transmission has excellent gearing and a stronger differential compared to its B16A and B18B transmissions. It will hold enough power to make you happy aslong as you take care of wheel hop on launches and dont run it into the ground.
