Default radiator reservoir tank

My reserve tank is bone dry and radiator water level is not noticeable when I remove the radiator cap. I replaced the thermostat and flushed the system. Filled the radiator and reserve, drove it for about 10 mins, opened radiator cap, topped it off, drove it again for about 15mins and yet again the reserve is dry and radiator is trying to pull from the reserve. I think its my radiator cap and/or reserve cap because the reserve is leaking coolant from where the gasket should be. Can anyone please send me a pic of what the radiator cap and the reserve cap look like? (inside)
