Radius Arm bushing problem

I have a 94 Civic, while replacing the bushing on the radius arm (large one on the end of the arm, it attaches to the body) we had to loosen the2 bolts that mount it to the car. On one of the bolts the nut on the other side broke free and just spins with the bolt. How do we fix it so we can tighten it back up? There does not seem to be a way to get to the nut from inside the car or from the frame that the bolt goes into. The picture shows the part in question, this is on the drivers side front. Thanks
Scott

RE: Radius Arm bushing problem

Well for all those that might run into the same problem here is what I found. After drilling through the floor of the car between the brake and clutch pedels I found not a hex nut but a treaded tube that should have been welded inside the chanel under the floor, but looks like it was just pressed in. No way to get a socket on it or even grab it. I am thinking now of cutting it off and replacing it with a new nut and bolt.

try a tad of JB weld on it, should hold it enough to get the bolt in and torque it down...

I found this because I ran into the said issue, but 2 of the 3 bolts did this, one in the sub frame and the other in the chassis, where yours was. I'm about to cut the hole now. Did u replace the tube?
