Default 2010 Honda Civic LX Sedan Turn Signal Problem

I'm not a big car guy, so bear with me if I use incorrect terminology. In the front headlights, the two turn signals also serve as what I think are called parking lights. When the headlights are on they stay lit up as well, they also flash when unlocking/locking the car. Well, the problem I'm having is the driver's side doesn't light up when I have my lights on. However, the turn signal works. I know that these are two filament bulbs so I decided to change the bulb and it still didn't work right. I even took the bulb I knew was working from the passenger side and installed it on the drivers side but still had no luck. I assume that this means there is a wiring issue, is there anything I can do to try to solve this?
