Really need help on my engine

Hi, all. I do have some serious trouble on my engine , couple days ago I just burn one of my exhaust valve. After my mechanic put everything back on and drive for few days. I checked the spark plug and its grey white (more into white) I know my car is running too lean. Can anyone help me why my velve will burn is it because my timing is too advance? What i have on my car is Civiv 98 , with b18C5 (gsr engine) ,skunk 2 stage 1 cam and cam gear , valve spring , valve and retainer all from skunk2 with the skunk 2 computer. I set my timing is intake +1 and exhaust 0, will that be too advance ? also I have a fuel regulator and how many PSI i should adjust it ? right now is 55psi. I am worry my valve will burn again. Thank you al for help in advance.

Is this problem just with one cylinder? If so maybe it's a bad or fouled injector.

Maybe the fuel pressure is to low?

Thak you for the reply . Yes there is only one exhaust valve burn.
I checked the fuel pressure is 55psi , and the spark plug is in grey color
is that normal or is too lean ?
