Default Relief Safely Valve Blew(AC)...What to replace?

92 Civic LX with 192,000

The relief valve on the compressor blew I don't know how long ago(before I brought my civic..years ago?). My compressor does work(it spins when jumped) but I'm trying to see what parts I need to get some AC in my Civic. Some are saying replace the Drier & an expansion valve...others was saying replace the whole system(Compressor, Evap, Condenser, etc).

How can I know what I should replace on my AC system? Should I just replace the drier, vacuum, recharge & give it a try?

BTW..I did buy a new safety valve for the compressor.
Also my Condenser fan works as well.
