Removing '96 door panel
 

HELP! I need to remove all four door panels off my 1996 Honda Civic LX. My windows are getting stuck, or sometimes not even working. I'm thinking the tracks need to be oiled or at least examined. I want to take off the door panels in order to inspect this problem a little further. I tried taking some of it off but its all plastic and I'm afraid to break anything. How do I do this? Does the door slide out? Pop up? As much info as anyone could provide would be lovely. Thanx for the help in advance.:)
