Who knows how does one remove the ignition lock? Or at least unlock the steering wheel ... the cylinder is basically drilled out ((

i think most cars are the same. behind the steering wheel is a couple of screws, remove those and take the horn assembly off (disconnect at the neg of the battery before beginning).
i do not believe that hondas need a steering puller. take the big nut that holds the steering wheel on and remove the wheel.
