Default Removing radio/HVAC cluster, '98 Civic

Hi all,

I need to remove the black radio/HVAC control facia and cluster from a '98 Civic EX to replace some burned out dash bulbs. I don't see any obvious screws holding this thing in, and I don't want to force it.

Can someone please tell me the correct way to remove it without breaking anything?

Thank you!

get a TINY screw driver. and pop out the hazard and defroster button areas up top. not the button the bezel around the button there is a screw hiding behind each button.

also 2 or 3 screws from the bottom but you have to remove both sides lower dash trim panels to remove the center cig lighter trim panel. also remove the heater/temp slide cable from off the slide conection in the rear...
heres a few pictures... but i dont have the top buttons removed because i didnt know about them since my console was missing the top 2 screws from previous owner not putting them back! but i found out about the 2 screws while removing a good console from the junk yard. hope it helps.....

ya those top 2 screws i didnt think of either until i was at the junk yard with everything removed and the darn console was still very firm at the top. after screwing around for about an hour i tried poping one of the buttons out and found the top 2 screws! it doesnt look like those buttons pop out but they do!
