i dont believe so. i didnt brace mine.

but the support doesnt really support much weight. so it doesnt have to be perfect. only think you could posibly have off is the bumper cover and front fender bolt. which can simply be fixed by opening the holes alittle bit

but if in doubt you can go ahead and tachweld a quick crossbeam along the top.
but the frame rails and all the motor mounts should hold everything with no problems. but if you have the motor removed then it maybe posible for the frame to tweak alittle.

no problem. its not a difficult install or removal if ya have some power tools
after you swap one youll wonder why they total out a civic from a high impact wreck so much when its just sheet metal
im happy i fixed my 96. only thing i miss is the power options like my EX had but the manual tranny makes up for the loss when it comes to fun to drive.

no idea ive never used one.... a simply punch and hammer and afew drills works good.
or a air chisel works great!!!!!! thats what i used one mine... at first i tried to drill them out but shortly i just tried the air chisel and it worked very fast so i just ditched the drill and kept air hammering away and within 1 min i had the whole thing poped off. and i just used a grinder to smooth the old spot weld areas and also a hammer and dolly to straighten out the slightly bent flanges around the frame rail.

well the support isnt very easy to remove in good condition.... the lower part on the rail is a huge PITA to find all the spot welds!

even tho its not a 92-95 this is pictures of my frame rails... its spot welded in a bunch of places!

theirs my welds but it was pretty much guessing where i could get a good weld. it took a bunch of air hammering to get mine to come off all the way. luckely a air hammer is pretty fast.

but IMO its not worth trying to save..... its only about 100-150bucks for a new one online. and thats where people would look first for a new one or a dirt cheap junk yard.
but its your call. good luck with the swap!
