Default restoring horses/torque

What can i do to my 92 lx to revive a few horses and torque from her? Ive gave her new plugs n wires an o2 sensor and many other things but im looking at cheap/free methods to revive her. im not looking to give extra horses just bring back what shes emant to have from the start...

any and every idea/opinion is appreciated.

she sat for a year and wasnt taken care of at all through that time. (old owner) and has received a good bit of maitenance from me since i purchased it. but i know for a fact she aint pushing what she should be.
