Right Blinker..
I know, you're probably thinking bad bulb or fuse, But I've checked the fuses, and the bulb. Both fine, I've even changed the fuses and swapped the bulbs and the one in my driver side was working now its not, the passenger side one wasn't working and now it is. So what could it be? Any fixes I could do on my own? Help, it's aggravating.

The first step would be to press the hazard button and check that all 4 corners of the car flash. If one doesn't, check the bulb and socket and wiring for that bulb. Particularly the grounds.
If that's OK, but nothing happens when you push the lever to signal a left turn, though right works OK, it's probably the turn signal switch. You can take the column covers off, unplug the switch and jump the wires in the plug to bypass it and see if everything else in the left circuit is OK (With jumper wire in and key on, lights on left side should blink). If so, switch must be bad.

Do all 4 lights blink in hazard mode? If neither light on the affected side blinks, it could also be a bad hazard switch. Wiggle the hazard switch with the key on and the turn lever thrown to blink the bad side.

That would be a textbook case of a bad bulb. But most textbooks are a lot clearer than what you wrote.

No what I'm saying is I can take my bulb in my drivers blinker. the one that works. And put it in my passenger side blinker and it wont work. I can take the one out of the passenger blinker that doesn't work and put it in my drivers blinker and it works fine, basically saying that bother of the bulbs are good.
I'm going to try this one-more-time ("it's aggravating").
Does the other turn signal light on the right side of the car blink, or does neither the front or the rear on the right side blink?
If the problem is only with one light, is it the front one or the back one?

Just answer these 2 question so we can all single certain things out. This would be called "troubleshooting" and its a very good way to fix an issue with any car.
1. Do both "parking lights"(also used for signaling) come on when you turn the switch to activate the parking light?
2. Do both hazard lights blink when you push the hazard light button?
If you answer both questions then we can single this-that-and-the-3rd out. We know you switched blubs, and thank you for troubleshooting but lets keep doing it till the problem is solved.
