Default running issues no-one seems to know

2001 civic a2 engine

I start car from cold run it to hot drive 30min no problem runs like it always had

shut it off for hour and start it it runs for a couple minutes then goes into a "limp" mode it doesn't have a miss but doesn't have power and wont hardly idle

i can shut it off and 10 to 15 minutes later it drives fine again

during that time fuel pressure is same and proper

i pulled o2 sensor out and it ran same

I cleaned egr same

changed throttle assembly which included 4 sensors idle air throttle position sensor and 2 more same running

compression all same and good

swapped all 4 coils from running car same running issues

I changed cam position sensor

(just assuming you have no CEL because it isn't misfiring)

did you keep an eye on the temp gauge when you drove it to hot? 7th gens seem to like blowing head gaskets. just thought i'd double check

i think you solved your issue. try clearing the codes and if they go away you're all set.
