Scrapping grinding noise when turning

Hello:

I have a 2014 Honda Civic EX-L, brought brand new in June 2014, approx. 6,000 currently on it; only had 1 oil change. Car was doing fine; however, tonight when I was leaving the grocery store I notice there was a wet spot underneath the front of the car. I looked underneath and did not see anything leaking or dripping so thought it was from a car parked there prior to mind. Started to drive.. and coming home after awhile I hear something sounded like scraping on the ground/grinding, sounds like in front part of car. I stopped the car and looked underneath with flashlight...don't see anything sticking out. Get in the car and proceed to drive home and hear the scrapping/grinding sound when turning, either left or right and sometimes when driving straight. No lights or alarms in the car indicating anything wrong; car doesn't feel anyway different....brakes worked. Get a bigger flashlight to check underneath and look at the wheels. nothing. Any ideas? didn't bump or hit into anything...

check to make sure there is power steering fluid in the reservoir also check the cv joints for damage or leaking.

2014 Civic's have electric power steering. If it's leaking PS fluid then there is something really wrong! :)
