Side Mirror Vibration

On my 1998 Civic LX the drivers side mirror vibrates when the car is driving. When I look into the mirror it is not a clear image since its vibrating. It does it when I drive approximately over 45 or so. If I adjust the mirror just a little bit the problem goes away for a while and then will come back.
I assume there is something broken in the assembly that holds the mirror on. Has anyone had this problem and know how to solve it?

Thanks, Josh:)

I would remove the mirror, take is apart and see if anything is loose etc. Otherwise, I would just replace it.

So what is the best way to remove the mirror? Don't want to break it.

I am sure there is a guide somewhere. You have to pull the door panel off I believe (not 100% on the 4 doors), then remove the 3 8mm bolts holding the mirror to the door. Unplug the mirror itself, and pop it out from the door. From there, you would just start removing screws and such to see if you can see if anything is broken.

The issue could also be internal (within the motor) and at that point, you would just replace the entire mirror.
