Well....turns out I have to replace my whole valve cover gasket.....the actual valve cover seal is easy, but WTF is up with these damn spark plug seals.....they don't budge...at all...I swear Im so close to just knifing the crap out of them...

 

The might just be old... and seized in there. If you do pry them out, dont bend the metal around them... just pick the rubber out. The should be easy to put back in.

 

Well its half rubber/half plastic.....really a bitch to remove.
