Squealing Belt issue. Help would be appreciated

Hello I have a 5speed 2000 Civic LX sedan with 155k miles on it. Recently I have been hearing the belt making a squealing noise. The squeal starts when I put it in gear and stops if I throw the car in neutral or if I go over 3k RPM. Can you tell me what belt is causing the problem and how about how much it would cost for the fix. I bought the car with 95k on it and I don't have any of the service records to tell if any of the belt have been changed.

I would assume the power steering belt or the alternator belt. The belt isn't so expensive. Im not sure on labor,

If you got the car at 95K and are at 155K and have never changed the timing belt, you should look into it. You do the timing belt, water pump, and belt tensioner all at the same time.
