98 ex civic-im having starting problems when car sits overnight or a few hours when its cold.just put new yellow top in so bat. good.car cranks but acts like no fuel,when i go to ack like im going to turn off ignition it will stumble on start up like working throught too much fuel.plugs wires cap and rotor are newish as in 3-5 months old.new thing noticed,when on slight incline lights dimm more than normal and stay dim untill i step on the gas pedal.if the car has been running it will start ok.ANY IDEAS PLEASE.......[:@]

 

Check the fuel pump relay. I had a guy in recently who had the exact opposite problem. His car would start fine cold, but after running for about a half hour and then shutting it off, it wouldn't start for about 20 minutes.
