Starting Problem...
Ok, first off i have a 91 civic dx with a DOHC ZC. This is what usually happens, ill go to a fast food joint, wait like 20 min, shut off my car and eat. Then when i try to turn it back on nothing happens. I turn the key to the on position, my radio and lights come on, then i try to crank it and all i hear is the main relay clicking over. This doesnt happen all the time just maybe 2-3 times a month. I will wait like 30 min or so and it just so happens that is how long it takes for my car to cool down to just below the Cold line, then it starts up no problem.
I think it might have something to do with my starter, im not sure i just wanted to know what some of u guys thought about this before i go and buy a new starter. I know its not the battery because i have 12.8V unloaded and 11.9V loaded by cranking. All of my grounds are connected good and corrosion free.
Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance.

It sounds like a Celinoid issue to me.... something I had happen in a few different vehicles... First off, you can get it tested at most auto shops for free so I'd try that... If you can't repeat the issue then when it happens reach in there with a wrench or screw driver and lightly tap on the celleniod (the littel round or square part next to the main body of the starter) and then try it again (repeat this a couple of times).... If it starts one of the times then you know that's the issue...
