Starts fine but wont restart until its cooled off

Lightbulb Starts fine but wont restart until its cooled off
I got the car about 6 months ago. Car was doing it when I got it but I'd tap the gas a little bit and it would start- Its now progressed to where its not starting unless I let the car completely cool off. Not sure where I should start with trying to fix it. Thoughts?
