Default STEERING PROBLEM!!!!
got a 96' honda civic, 5-spd manual. has a really hard time turning left and right, almost impossible to turn the wheel. any suggestions?

is the powe5r sterring belt on and tight, is the powersteering fluid low? are there any leaks?
