Default steering rack boot torn

Ok, another problem... While examining the torn CV boot on the right front wheel on the wife's '98 EX, I noticed that the accordion boot on the steering rack is torn off, and you can see into the open end of the rack.

Steering works fine, but at this point, am I looking at replacing the rack?

Thanks!

i would suggest yes just replace the rack, dirt and stuff has already contaminated it by now and eventually it will start leaking power steering fluid out because the seals will go bad.

Thanks for the response. Guess I'll do the rack while I'm under there replacing the axle shafts. Any tricks or trouble spots I should look out for in getting the rack out?
