Testing an Ignition Control Module?

Anyone know how i can check my ICM to see if it is fried before spending the money on a new one?

Call you local VIP or Pep Boys or the like, I believe they can test it for you, free of charge.

Thanks. O'Rileys said they could not b/c of it being foreign. Autozone said they could not test any ICMs. PepBoys said they could not test it unless I brought the entire car in. I wonder if an ohm meter might tell me anything?
