Timing Belt interval?

I just bought my daughter an 01 Civic. It has the 1.7L engine(I think that's right, again, I am a newbie to civics)...it has 135,000...yep, I know, lots of miles, but they have to have been highway miles, in that short of time!....anyway, how far overdue is this car for a TB change? prior owner says it was never done....

Local Dealer offered to :
-Change TB
-Change Water Pump
-replace all other drive belts
-change coolant

for $585....it sounded pretty good to me, when a local shop offered just the TB change for $400.

I dont know, I got my pump/TB done at a dealer for close to $250(it was a 97 tho, may be harder on an 01). Call around and get some more quotes, but DO IT. When a TB goes, it isnt a happy thing, and it'll cost a shade more that $500 to fix.
