Default torque clutch coverter seloniod 2002 honda

I just replaced my automatic transmission with a used one. After getting it put it was saw that the plug on the torque clutch converter selonoid was broken so it's making the car start in 3rd? Is there a way to replace just the plug or do I have to buy a TCC selonoid? I can't find one anywhere. Also, is it safe to drive if i shift it from d to d2 to d?
