car won't rev over 3500ish...and it gets close to that, the gas just lets go and it doesn't have any power than...what can it be? it also goes from 1500-2000rpm then back down when its idling...what do you think is bad? and sometimes it'll start and shut off, and sometimes it won't start at all, but it does after a few minutes
