obviously turning it counter clock wise is ok but what about clockwise? i ask because when you put the crank pulley bolt back on you could accidentally turn it clockwise. as long as the timing is in synch should nothing be harmed?

 

I haven't ever had a problem turning it clockwise. Yea, as long as the motor is timed correctly, you shouldn't have any problems.
