Two oil leaks, please help identify

I seem to have two oil leaks on my '95 Civic lx. I have oil leaking out of the Oil Breather Chamber. There is a gromet and a plastic pipe that slides into the box. My gromet is worn out and the pipe keeps slipping out. Also, under the distributor there are two cylinder shaped parts that stand straight up. I have no idea what those parts are or what they do. There is constantly a puddle around those two parts. Can someone please tell me what these parts are called and what they do?
Thanks, this car was sitting for over a year before I bought it for $300 and a lot of the seals are worn out and cracked.

The first one is obvious-- replace grommet.

The other thing you're talking about sounds like the transmission solenoids, if it's automatic. Those have transmission fluid in them. Engine oil can also leak out of the distributor seal and run down onto other parts.
