Underdrive pulley help!!

Underdrive pulley help!!

I just tryed to install the underdrive pulleys as well as the crank pulley and it seems to be hitting the timing cover, any sugestions, please help!!

Two ideas.

1. You have the wrong size pulley.
2. You just need to cut the timing cover to fit the new pulley.

Someone please tell him if I am wrong about this.
