fortunatly when i bought the d16 it came with the driverside motor mount snapped off when i called the company they sent out a new engine and never picked up the old one. so if i did jack the head I have a whole other engine fully assembled to pick from

 

Wow, that's luck, I wish everyone was that nice about things...

 

and the guy only charged $150 to take out the busted engine, put in one that was also busted but we did not know it then take that one out and put the one that is in it now!!!

When the timing belt snaps, the typical but not absolute outcome is major engine damage resulting from collision of the valves and pistons. I hope you end up with the best outcome.

 

no damage done 60 bucks later water pump and timing belt replaced, runs betterthan ever
