Default valve lash adjustment question

I was adjusting my valve lash and I was wondering if there was a way that I could tell when the valves were supposed to be in there fully closed position? I got to the last 4 exhaust valves and noticed that there were 2 fully closed and 2 slightly closed. And when I say slightly closed, I mean that I barely noticed them at all. Should I adjust these to be fully closed or leave them alone? Any ideas?

if u set it to top dead center using the marks on the cam gear, u can measure the open valves, then rotate 90 degrees, repeat, do this all the way arounf and then u should have hit all the valves when they are fully open

So am I correct in thinking that 1-4 exhaust valves will be closed at the same timeand 5-8 exhaust valves will be closed at the same time? If this is correct then 1-4 intake valves will be closed at the same time and 5-8 will be closed at the same time? So you will check 4 valves at a time and you will do this 4 times. Correct or no?

yeh, when u have it to tdc, u can check all valves of cyl1, then rotate the crank 180 counter clockwise, and check cyl3, repeat and check cyl4, repeat and check cyl2

hope that helps
