Im trying to take my valve springs out of a d16z6. I have a springs compressor but I cant seem to get them to came apart from the retainers. What am I doing wrong? Do I put both sets of prongs in the spring to compress it or should I put one set in the spring and the other rested on top of the retainer? Anyone know of a trick to get them apart? How do I get the valve keepers out of the retainer? Please help![/align]
