Anyone swapped out, installed, DIY'ed an upgrade for this.

Have a 99 EX and it has the fixed intermittent wipers. Would love to switch this out for something that has the variable intermittent wipers. Not sure if other years, or Accord would work.

The fixed intermittent is a pain.

 

I would see if you could find a wiring diagram and see if the wiring is the same, it may be just a difference in the switch. If so just swap the switch out. But it's probably not that easy, it never is.
