is this a ecu tuning issue? i sure dont know how to f with my programming/tuning. i need a reputable tuner in the birmingham alabama area. any ideas?

it will once it warms up to operating temp, just remember you have no fitv its bypassed,
and for a tuner look up in the phonebook, and call around
